Deliveries

We provide free shipping to UK orders. Ordered products are usually delivered with Royal Mail in the UK.

Orders from outside the UK will be subject to shipping costs calculated at checkout.

We will ship the ordered products as soon as possible, usually within the next business day of receiving the order. The delivery times depend on destination and transport schedules. The delivery time is typically 1-4 working days from order fulfillment. If we do not have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you.

Duties & Taxes

Orders placed from the UK will be sent out from the UK, meaning you won't have to worry about customs duty charges.

Payment methods

VJ SHOES UK LIMITED accepts payments through Shopify Payments, a third-party payment service provider. Customers may make payments using the following payment methods:

• Other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Order confirmation

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Please keep this email if you wish to return your products.

Return policy

You have the right to return your product within 14 days after receiving the products. All returned products must be unused and unaltered.

For all returns, we will charge a processing fee of 5£, which will be deducted directly from the amount returned to you. The refund will be paid to you within 14 days after the returned product has arrived here.
